Individual Therapy · Ages 5–25

Space to feel,
understand,
and grow.

Compassionate, developmentally responsive therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults navigating emotional, behavioral, relational, and life challenges.

Availability, scope, and fit are confirmed through direct consultation. Submitting an inquiry does not establish a therapeutic relationship.

Think deeply.
Heal Intentionally.
Grow with purpose.
Who I support

Growing minds deserve care that grows with them.

Ages 5–12
Children

Developmentally responsive support that helps children understand emotions, build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and navigate home, school, and social experiences.

Parents and caregivers are valued partners. When appropriate, caregiver collaboration helps strengthen understanding, consistency, connection, and support beyond the therapy session.

Ages 13–17
Adolescents

A supportive space for teens to explore identity, regulate emotions, strengthen communication, and manage academic, relational, behavioral, and life challenges.

I specialize in supporting young people from childhood through emerging adulthood. Therapy is tailored to each client’s developmental stage, relationships, strengths, identity, and lived experience.

Ages 18–25
Young adults

Collaborative care for navigating independence, relationships, education, work, identity, transitions, and the emotional demands of emerging adulthood.

Therapist And Patient
The Therapeutic Approach

Individualized care, with connection at its core

My therapeutic approach is integrative and individualized. I draw from a range of evidence-informed modalities, selecting and adapting interventions based on thoughtful assessment, each client’s developmental stage, strengths, needs, goals, family context, and response to treatment.

Attachment remains at the core of this work. I recognize that safe, consistent relationships are central to emotional well-being and growth. Within a supportive therapeutic relationship, clients can better understand how past and present relationships may shape emotions, behavior, trust, and connection while developing healthier patterns and practical skills.
