Our founder

Naja Macon, MSW, LSW

Naja Macon, MSW, LSW, is the Founder and CEO of THINK. HEAL. LEAD. and a licensed social worker, clinician, educator, consultant, and organizational leader with nearly two decades of experience. Her career spans school social work, clinical counseling, child advocacy, foster care and adoption, case management, program development, and professional supervision. She has provided individual and group counseling, managed complex caseloads, supervised multidisciplinary teams, and led programs serving children, families, schools, and community organizations.

Naja earned her Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees from Temple University. As an educator and presenter, she has developed and facilitated programs focused on special education, anti-racism, cultural competency, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She founded THINK. HEAL. LEAD. to unite mental health, education, leadership, and organizational development through therapy, consulting, training, and public speaking—helping individuals and organizations strengthen their well-being, expand their knowledge, and lead with clarity and purpose.
